My right speaker not working on my stereo. Help?
I have an old Sony STR-DE405 Hi-Fi receiver that connects two Infinity speakers RS5 too long. It worked fine until about two days, when I static in my heart right speaker, then came and went. I realized I might have something to do with the vibration of the bass. When I removed the bass, which seemed to run decently with fewer breakdowns. Now when I turn the right speaker not working at all. And when I put a driver on the receiver, makes a static noise as a speaker. Sometimes you have some static, then appear within seconds and again. The speaker the left has no static at all and working properly. I do not know what is wrong? I tried changing the speaker, and I am sure that is the current speaker channel, not the speaker. Should I buy a new receiver, or is it something I can solve this problem?
Have you had air in the back of your receiver? Mine has little fuses left and right speakers, and when one of my speakers went out, just replace the fuse and that fixed the problem. I would like to loudspeaker connection to see the task is not the President, if the exchange around and see if it stops working when connected to WORK the other party. Could be a blown fuse in the side that speakers do not work. Just my experience …
