"I can talk to the lawyer handling my case when I ask?
I'm trying to pay off a debt that is delivered to Javitch, Block & Rathbone. Whenever I speak with the operator or a legal assistant, refused to let me talk to the lawyer in my case. These people are very rude and abusive. They are certainly a law firm. Google them. I was polite, even if the representative. remains very difficult. I recorded the following conversation.
If the attorney works for a collection agency who have no right to talk to him because he is his lawyer. I honestly do not you better talk to him because he will use everything you say against him, and ignore everything will help. The same applies to company personnel. If you disagree that you need money, you should consult an attorney. If the debt is incorrect then it could have a letter from a lawyer to get them off your back. If you are harassed, you may actually be able to continue. If there are many collectors have oweing money to people who are trying to charge as it used to harass, abuse or otherwise illegal methods to try to recover the debt and continued. The first thing to do is ask them to stop calling, and ensure that no record of the evidence that you were asked to leave you called. If you call, you must save the conversations they have with them. One thing to remember most of these places to record conversations occur when you call them, but do not record the conversations that happen when you call. Thus, there is no evidence in his possession a collection of agents used illegal methods. Most of these places have attorneys working for them, but most lawyers just write letters and file lawsuits. If someone claiming to be a lawyer to call this place, ask state that is allowed to enter and ask for your ID card bar you can verify they are in fact a lawyer. If a collector calls and claims to be a lawyer when they are not, is a violation of the vast majority of acts of recovery debt. Other things you can not threaten or say they will send to jail. Remember to record your conversations with them. Otherwise, it is your word against theirs. And talk an attorney.
